Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and CallMeNext. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to them.
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. Using CallMeNext
CallMeNext lets visitors join queues and book appointments at institutions, and lets institutions manage those queues. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. If you use it on behalf of an institution, you confirm you are allowed to do so.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us straight away at hello@callmenext.app if you think someone else has accessed your account.
3. Queues, tokens and wait times
Wait times, positions and “waiting” counts are estimates based on the information available at the time. They change as the queue moves, and they are not a promise that you will be served by a particular time. The institution decides how it runs its queue, including when it opens, pauses or closes a counter, and in what order people are served.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- join queues with false names or details, or take places you do not intend to use;
- abuse, harass or threaten institution staff or other visitors;
- interfere with or disrupt the service, or try to access data that is not yours;
- use automated tools to scrape the service or create tokens in bulk;
- impersonate another person or institution; or
- use CallMeNext for anything unlawful.
5. Institutions
If you register or manage an institution, you are responsible for:
- the accuracy of its details, hours and open or closed status;
- the conduct of the staff you invite, and the permissions you give them;
- photos, logos and other content you upload, which must not infringe anyone’s rights;
- how you use the visitor information you can see, in line with the law that applies to you.
6. Content you provide
You keep ownership of the content you provide, such as photos and descriptions. You give us permission to store, display and process it only as needed to run and improve CallMeNext.
7. Notifications and messages
We send messages that are part of the service, such as queue alerts, account confirmation, password reset and staff invitations. You can turn off push notifications in your device or browser settings, but you may then miss alerts about your turn.
8. Third-party services
Some features rely on third parties, such as Sign in with Google and maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep CallMeNext available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and it may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. We may add, change or remove features.
10. Suspension and ending your account
You can stop using CallMeNext at any time and request deletion of your account in the app under My Account. It is deleted automatically 30 days after you ask, and signing in again before then cancels it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.
11. Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, CallMeNext is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by an institution’s actions or decisions, missed or delayed notifications, or estimates that turn out to be inaccurate. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.
12. Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. If you keep using CallMeNext after a change, you accept the updated terms.
