Delete your account

• Open CallMeNext and sign in.
• Go to the My Account tab.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

You are signed out straight away and removed from any queue. Your account and personal data are permanently deleted 30 days later.

Sign in again within 30 days and the deletion is cancelled automatically. After 30 days it cannot be undone.

• Your sign-in (email, password, Google link) and profile (name, phone, language).
• Your favourites and notification settings.
• Your push notification tokens.
• Your place in any queue, and upcoming bookings, which are cancelled.
• Any staff memberships you hold at an institution.

Past queue visits and bookings stay with the institution so it can keep its statistics and records. They are anonymised: your name, phone number, notes, push notification tokens and any cancellation note are removed, and the visit is no longer linked to you. Details such as the service, times and amount stay, because the institution needs them for its records.

Star ratings you left are kept without any link to your account. The written comment that came with a rating is removed.

We may keep some records where the law, security or accounting requires it. Copies in our backups are removed as those backups expire.

Institution owners must delete or hand over their institution before deleting their account, so people waiting in its queues are not left stranded. Email hello@callmenext.app and we will help.
